The home of Geotourism in Victoria
Geotourism is tourism centred around geology, which also incorporates culture, history and the living landscapes rocks inhabit.
I created the website in 2014 whilst still at university and am still actively developing guides. The website includes an engaging guide to the geological history of Victoria, recommendations of books, apps and websites, guided tours and museums across Victoria and Social Media pages of impactful Victorian Geoscientists.
The website is viewed by over 1300 people a month and is used by universities, schools and interest groups like the Melbourne Bushwalkers Club and the Field Naturalists Club of Victoria.
