Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science (geoscience and geophysics) with First Class Honours from Monash University (2016). She has delivered geological expertise across multiple commodities and deposit styles, including LCT-pegmatites, IOCG systems, intrusion-related gold, VMS copper, and high-grade orogenic gold. Her experience spans near-mine and greenfield exploration, feasibility studies, and resource definition for leading companies such as Core Lithium, OZ Minerals, Aurelia Minerals, Aeris Resources, and Agnico Eagle. She has managed complex drilling programs, structural modeling, metallurgical and geotechnical test work, and contributed to discoveries now in production

She also holds a Master of Teaching from Deakin University (2023) and has experience working as a secondary science teacher and science communicator. She has a strong interest and expertise in training and mentoring junior geologists and other technical staff within the core shed environment and exploration team especially, building team capability and excellence.
